ANALYSIS OF COLLABORATIVE INNOVATION BEHAVIOR OF MEGAPROJECT PARTICIPANTS UNDER THE REWARD AND PUNISHMENT MECHANISM

Megaprojects are characterized by significant environmental uncertainty and technical complexity, which bring great challenges to engineering construction. Cross-organizational collaborative innovation is an important way solve these problems. As the main body that understands difficulties of construction site uses innovative products, participation megaproject participants not only conducive increasing efficiency but also application promotion achievements. The behavior in megaprojects under reward punishment incentive mechanism was studied. A game model between different built combining evolutionary theory with prospect theory. Then, dynamic evolution process strategy analyzed, factors affecting stability through numerical simulation were examined. research results indicate incentives can encourage choose participating from both objective subjective aspects. Factors, such as cost participating, synergy coefficient, proportion revenue distribution, risk preference, influence participants’ willingness engage degrees.
